Better Bell Schedule

Monday has a better bell schedule for students and teachers. Some may argue that the Tuesday schedule was better, but the Monday schedule offers students more time to sleep, energy for the day, and a consistent period schedule. Students get more sleep on the Monday schedule because A period is kept in the morning. Having A Period in the the morning pushes all classes back a bit giving all students an opportunity to get more sleep or get work done. A period is better to have in the morning because both students and teachers loose focus at the end of the day because everyone is tired and does not want to work especially if it's another class outside of the regular schedule.  The Monday schedule is better before and after school. As an example, everyone ends at the same time which helps students with extracurricular activities. On the Tuesday schedule, if a student had an A period, there would be three classes after lunch instead of regular two; this makes the day feel overwhelming and boring at times.

Some say the Tuesday schedule has the better advantages. To have energy throughout the day students and teachers need to eat at reasonable times, so on Tuesday, lunch comes 50 minutes earlier. This gives both students and teachers the energy to preform better throughout the day. The traffic schedule is a lot better in the afternoon because all A period students leave a whole class after everyone else. The Tuesday schedule does have its perks but the Monday schedule allows students to get more sleep, energy, and a consistent period schedule. Monday allows both students and teachers to preform better overall.
